Open Orbit is founded with a mission to deliver a transformative platform for clients, service providers and advisors in the area of business process improvement. The name emphasises an ability to view things from all perspectives, and encourage user contribution and collaboration for mutual benefit.
The company is led and managed by process improvement (PI) practitioners with expertise in technology. We have converted extensive experience in driving sustainable improvement into an intuitive and versatile technology that applies the principles of PI to the process of doing PI itself. That in essence is the promise of Open Orbit – it will make your PI projects faster, cheaper, more standardised, more repeatable, more re-usable and more predictable. All the attributes that we seek in the business process are thus being applied to the improvement project as well.
Open Orbit is based in Sydney, Australia, with teams in North America and India.
